Objective

Market select managed services products bundled in packages under FullSuite label. These products will be promoted independently from each other and from ITRize and as a suite of services and products. This project will craft presentation of FullSuite Products online.

Scope

Beginning with FullSuite BackUp & FullSuite Global Office, this project will lay the ground work for rolling release of future products as soon as the technology is ready to support them. It will structure the content and the layouts for each product and how it fits into the FullSuite line. See the Document Library for structural diagrams.

Timeline

Beta version should be available for demonstration by Wednesday August 23, 2006. Some features described in design may need to be hidden to meet immediate goal and will be included later but as quickly as is feasible.

Summary Tasks

- Design Review with team to clarify structure and requirements

- Construct fullsuite directory on itrize server

- Create html templates for [4] pagetypes

- Create graphic elements (buttons, backgrounds, logos, images)

- Assemble individual pages

- Place final copy

- Test functionality of shopping cart, demo, all links & error messages

- Launch

- Test live FullSuite BackUp & FullSuite Global Office
