Future of Work-Health-Report

Objective: Support Work & Health Initiative's online community.

Summary:  This project was designed to support California Wellness' Initiative to build partnerships between the health care industries, insurance, public health and non-profit service agencies that would address the needs of low income and under-served Californians. It succeeded in establishing a communication network for sharing documentation and mutual support. Challenges included resource disparity between university researchers and rural health clinincs. It lead to increased awareness of these discrepancies and early attempts to address them.
